STYLEIN S/S 11

Som nævnt har jeg været et smut i London, og selvom det var en fantastisk tur, betød det også, at jeg gik glip af modeugen, hvor et af mærkerne hos mit arbejde STAR PR, Stylein, afholdt show. Men jeg fandt nogle billeder af den fine kollektion, som jeg glæder mig til vi får op i showroomet. Er vild med Styleins enkle kollektioner, med smukke detaljer, draperinger og lækre materialer.

As mentioned I have been in London for a few days. Unfortunately this meant that I missed Copenhagen Fashion Week, where Stylein, one of the brands at my work, STAR PR, had a show. But I'm loving what I have seen of the collection and can't wait till it arrives at the showroom. The look is very clean and simple, but with amazing attention to detail and beautiful materials.

FUNKIE JUNKIE VINTAGE

Jeg har gjort mange gode køb fra Ebay vintageshoppen Funkie Junkie. Der kommer nye ting op hver torsdag, og oftest kommer priserne ikke så højt op. Hvis det ikke var fordi, jeg skal til London imorgen og i tonsvis af secondhand butikker, kunne jeg godt finde på at slå til på nogle af de her fine ting!

I have found a lot of amazing items on this Ebay vintage shop! And if I wasn't going to London tomorrow where I plan to check out lots of vintage shops, I would definitely bid on some of these items.

SALEM

Et band der er rigtig meget hype omkring i øjeblikket, er den amerikanske trio Salem. De har udgivet 2 ep'er, og et album skulle være på gaden til september. Men sparsomt output til trods, er de allerede blevet pionerer for en ny genre kaldet "witch-house" eller "haunted-house". Sløve beats, crazy trommemaskiner, drug referencer og en æterisk vokal. Jeg er vild med det her nummer, og glæder mig til fuldlængden!

At the moment there is a lot of hype surrounding the American trio Salem. They have released 2 ep's and a debut album is out in September. But none the less they are already said to be pioneers of a new genre called "witch-house" or "haunted-house". Lazy beats, crazy drum machines, drug references and an ethereal vocal. Can't wait till the album is out!

LONDON...

Jeg skal snart et lille smut til London, og en af de butikker, jeg helt sikkert skal forbi, er Kurt Geiger, der har nogle fantastisk fine sko! Har siddet og luret lidt på deres hjemmeside, og er især vild med denne støvlet, som jeg vist må prøve at opstøve.

I'm going to London next week, and one of the shops I'm going to stop by is Kurt Geiger. I'm especially fond of this style, which will be perfect for autumn!
